A note for girls (because most of the time, we naturally tend to give/nurture/sacrifice more):
Routinely take some time to do things that thrill you. Take time to be healthy in your terms…whether its going for a nice hike or sitting on the couch to enjoy a favorite television show with a gallon of ice cream. Take time to pamper your mind, your body, and your soul. You need to do these things for yourself..alone or with your most loving friends. When you love yourself and when you feel good, those around you will feel good too.
Don’t ever forget that.
